Isu, I don't think so - it's like overhearing someone's conversation. You can try not to listen, but you still hear it.

and i think this is the longest conversation she's had with him without having embarrassing thoughts...though i'm sure if they played texan hold 'em her thoughts would stray to strip poker...cause that's were mine went haha

I seems to me that this is not a case of her thinking slowly, more like a case of talking before thinking. It's a sign of being comfortable, I think.
