No idea how this will be received, but I really liked it while I was drawing it.

Lol You may rest assured it was received well from this reader. I have to admit, I've been waiting for you to do some riff on that scene from Patrick Swayze's "Ghost" ever since you mentioned that they'd be taking a pottery class together, but I did really like this strip. Thumbs up

I liked it XDDDD Though now I'm going to be associating Brian with Whoopi Goldberg and Patric Swayze?..... weird.

Jazeki, 02 Apr 2010 12:55 am

I liked it...just that she now will have clay all over her face.

The_mad_one, 02 Apr 2010 04:52 am

Their hands are blushing. : )

wo_chi_baozi, 02 Apr 2010 10:16 am

Fantastic! :)

sylviagrace, 03 Apr 2010 12:41 am

Thanks, guys! It's true, she will have clay all over her face, but that's a minor issue. I hate to admit it, but I don't know what I'm referring to in the comic with Patrick Swayze and Whoopi Goldberg. But whatever it was, I meant to do it.

Chris (Guest), 03 Apr 2010 09:27 am

Quite enjoying the series so far, I look forward to reading more :D

Mel (Guest), 04 Apr 2010 08:11 am

It's Ghost. A movie that involves two scenes with people making out while throwing clay, and one scene with Whoopi Goldberg being possessed by a dead guy so he can make out with his girl.

sylviagrace, 04 Apr 2010 08:25 am

Aha. I haven't seen that movie, but I have seen other making out while throwing clay scenes. I didn't know it was such a specific reference.

Thanks Chris!

Clay on hands, meet face. Face, meet clay on hands. Ha.

I love your comic it always makes me laugh out loud. Which then makes people look at me and i must tell them that, no, i am not laughing at the voices in my head it's this comic...then i start laughing again.

sylviagrace, 06 Apr 2010 08:44 am

That's awesome.

Mel (Guest), 08 Apr 2010 11:21 am

Face, start behaving if you don't want to end up all red like the clay on hands.

Magravan (Guest), 09 Apr 2010 11:01 am

I was hoping for another panel with clay dripping from her eye :)

It would probably kill the mood of the comic, but if I was hanging around a girl who could read my mind, I'd get embarrassed maybe... 2 or 3 times... And then I'd put everything into making -them- embarrassed by my thoughts ;P

sylviagrace, 09 Apr 2010 11:27 am

Yeah, Julia's pretty stubborn about it.
